Network of Academic Corporate Relations Officers to Host 2025 Annual Conference, July 15-17, in Kansas City, MO
NACRO Annual Conference sessions to focus on professional education and development plus high-impact networking in academic corporate relations
LaGrange, GA, June 14, 2025 – The Network of Academic Corporate Relations Officers (NACRO), the premier organization unifying academic corporate relations professionals, is set to hold its 2025 NACRO Annual Conference on July 15–17 in Kansas City, MO.
Corporate relations professionals from across the country will gather for three days of professional development, networking and collaboration at the conference (at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center). NACRO’S Annual Conference focuses on innovative professional education, the dissemination of cutting-edge best practices and impactful networking opportunities.
The conference will feature a range of expert speakers on topics ranging from “Senior Leaders Network - What Keeps You Up at Night as an Advanced Career Professional?” to “Small Shop, Big Results: Tools and Techniques to Survive and Thrive in Corporate Relations.” The Conference also will feature topics on Metrics and Measurement for Senior Leaders; Connection to Place: How Rural Universities Support Their Regions; and Developing Yourself as a Successful Corporate Relations Officer.
NACRO Conference registration includes access to Bootcamp, which will be held Tuesday, July 15 from 8:00am–4:00pm, prior to the full conference kickoff on Wednesday, July 16. NACRO Bootcamp is the foundational course that gives NACRO members the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in corporate relations. NACRO Bootcamp is designed for a range of professionals, including new corporate relations professionals with less than three years of experience, those new to higher education, new NACRO members, plus individuals who are considering becoming CR professionals.
As part of this year’s Conference, NACRO’s Professional Education Committee is set to launch its inaugural Advanced Career Track, a pre-conference session designed for members with 10+ years of experience in corporate relations. The session will run July 15 from 11:00am–4:30pm.
